Comfortable apartments with flair

We understand what it feels like to be on the go and not live in your own home. That's why we designed and furnished our apartments so that you feel comfortable from the first minute and lack nothing. This also means that we are always there for you when you live in our apartment building.

All of our apartments are kept in bright, friendly colors and are modernly furnished. We also incorporated historic elements of the old bakery, such as the original oak wood staircase that has been uncovered. During the renovation, we used ecological and pollutant-free materials and brought everything up to the latest energy standards. The window frames are made of local wood and are sound-insulated, as are the apartment doors, ceilings, and walls.

The amenities leave nothing to be desired: 140 to 160 cm wide beds with comfortable mattresses, including bed linen, a small desk for office work, walk-in showers, and underfloor heating in the bathroom, comfortable seating, energy-efficient electrical appliances, LED lighting, Smart-TV, and reserved 25-megabit WLAN. If needed, you can book a faster internet connection of up to 250 megabits. You will also find everything you need in the kitchen, including a dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster, pots, cutlery, dishes, and even flower vases. Washing machines and dryers are located in the basement.

You can charge your e-bike at the bike parking directly in front of the house. Almost all apartments have a balcony, French balcony or direct access to the community garden. Of course, you don't have to worry about gardening; you can just enjoy it.
